PLEASE READ THIS

Pleated Jeans is quite a clever YouTube channel. He does funny videos, he does smart videos, he wears glasses and is a nerdy white guy with a small but growing community…so he’s basically Vlogbrothers in 2009. He’s been really smart with how he’s managed his channel, and he’s had a couple of viral hits.

Unfortunately, one of his viral hits was so viral that YouTube’s algorithm flagged it as suspicious and his ability to run advertisements on the content was revoked. After more than a month of trying to get someone at YouTube to talk to him, he’s giving up and moving to a new channel where he will have to start from scratch.

This infuriates me. It’s possible that, if he’d contacted me, I could have gotten his case reviewed higher up, but that shouldn’t be necessary.

So subscribe to his new channel, but also subscribe to his old one. Because I haven’t given up on getting it back.

Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with Google and YouTube? This sort of bullshit happens all the time, and there’s just no excuse for it. Either hire more people to handle this sort of thing, or fix the code that’s flagging legit content creators and hurting their ability to make a living from their creations.

I’ll be posting the first chapter of my fic tomorrow sometime. Not sure when I’ll get to making a second chapter so I’m kinda hesitant with it.

I should probably add a title so High school ~ Crowley and Sam

hellsxnapoleon:

the-smart-brother:

Sam hated moving, hated the packing up of the very few boxes that he had learned over the years to keep in his closet, he hated the annoying sound of Dean’s music blasting from the radio because dad loved the kid too much to say no, he hated getting carsick and having to make his dad pull over once again so he can puke out another slushy from the 7-11 a few towns back. Most of all he hated having to try and cram himself into the car when he knew it was just going to end up being a horrible ride no matter what position he was in.

Sam hated this town, the way the small town bakeries made him hungry for food he couldn’t have and the way the air always had a musty humid smell to it. Sam hated this town.

Sam was a class A nerd, or so Dean would often tell him so. He enjoyed school, in a way, getting almost straight A’s through all of his classes (getting a c in Gym because him lanky body just had a hard time catching anything) and he rather enjoyed filling his brain with information. The one thing Sam didn’t like was having to deal with new people every few months and having to try and make sure that he wasn’t getting too close to anyone. Any friends he made would be out of his life before they even began to truly become friends anyways.

Sam sighed as he tried to navigate his way through the crowded hallway, noting that being tall had it’s advantages at times, and grabbing tight to his backpack straps. He just needed to find his way to class.

he was a little disoriented, but managed to make it down the hall without running into anyone else. it was too early in the damn morning for people to expect him to be courteous. Crowley’s attention was diverted to a freakishly tall kid who he had never seen before.

new kid? he observed the other for a moment, taking notice to how he walked down the hallway. he didn’t know where he was going. new kid. Crowley smirked to himself as he steered into Sam’s path. “you new around here?”

Sam froze like a deer in the headlights when a short evil mouse looking kid makes his way into Sam’s walkway. Ugh, was all he could think as he noticed the suspiciously evil face he was getting from the man in his way. Why did he always have to be picked out of the crowed? Why couldn’t everyone just leave him alone. He nodded yes quickly, looking down at the ground and avoiding eye contact. “Uh, yeah..”
